Our friends at South Sound BMW Motorcycles stopped by our Seattle showroom this afternoon with a brand new water-cooled R1200GS demo bike. Always looking for an excuse to ride, a number of the guys in our shop decided to sneak out of the office and give the new BMW a go. Since leaving Seattle, Helge Pedersen has logged more than 6,000 miles on his R1200GS Adventure en route to Tierra del Fuego. Having installed Touratech's new Extreme Shock on the back of his BMW, Helge was able to evaluate his new suspension setup and has since sent us another update.
