Since leaving Seattle, Helge Pedersen has logged more than 6,000 miles on his R1200GS Adventure en route to Tierra del Fuego. Having installed Touratech's new Extreme Shock on the back of his BMW, Helge was able to evaluate his new suspension setup and has since sent us another update.

We asked our 'Chief Riding Officer,' Iain Glynn, for a few tire repair recommendations ahead of a weekend ride a few months ago. Among the things he suggested were a proper pair of tire irons, an electric pump and a digital tire pressure gauge.
