KTM’s new 1190 Adventure, the eagerly awaited replacement for the Austrian brands popular adventure motorcycle – the 950/990 LC8 Adventure – features the latest in on and off-road riding technology. From its 148 horsepower liquid-cooled vertical twin, to its standard equipped traction control and off-road riding modes, the new 1190 Adventure was designed to compete with the other 1200cc powered ADV motorcycles on the market (BMW’s water-cooled R1200GS, Triumph’s Tiger 1200 Explorer, Ducati’s Multistrada and Yamaha’s XT1200Z Super Temere) continuing KTM’s tradition of off-road ability mixed with on road agility.
