Introducing the Adventure Rally – Sierra Edition. Your chance to win extremely little fame, and no fortune – but a ton of pride in successfully navigating to bonus locations throughout the Southern Sierra’s. You, your favorite riding buddies and your adventure motorcycles will join Dakar veteran Ned Suesse, Butler Map’s Justin Bradshaw, author of “How To Ride Off-Road Motorcycles” Gary LaPlante as well as editors from Cycle World, Motorcyclist and Dirt Rider magazines for an unforgettably fun time with motorcycles.
Designed for riders of varying skill levels, this event is custom built for Adventure Motorcycle enthusiasts. Winning the Adventure Cup will require riding both on an off-road, so we recommend machines of 650cc or more.
The adventure category is among the fastest growing in motorcycling. But the chance to experience the full-range of their bikes’ capabilities are few-and-far between. Not Anymore. This format allows you to test your motorcycle and riding skills as much, or as little, as you wish. Whichever you choose, the combination of dirt, pavement and everything in between will bring a smile to your face.
Produced by the Bonnier Motorcycle Group — Consumer Events Division – part of the parent company that owns Cycle World, Motorcyclist and Dirt Rider magazines. This event is an all-inclusive three-day event, with rooming, food, navigational materials and rider skill challenges all included in your entry. By event’s end, you will have learned valuable riding and navigation skills – helping you to get more from yourself and your motorcycle.
The Adventure Rally — Sierra Edition is an event that allows you to improve your riding and navigation skills while taking part in a fun-hearted competition – while riding in one of the most scenic areas in the West. You will only need to bring gear and motorcycle for two and half days of pure riding joy. Everything is included in the entry except for gas, and post ride bar tab!
