Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of delivery and must be pre-authorized by calling (206) 323-2349 or emailing sales@touratech-usa.com for confirmation. Returns sent without authorization will be refused. All returns are subject to a 15% restock fee. Original shipping charges are not refunded for returns. Items must be returned with a copy of the original sales receipt, in original condition, and must be saleable as new. Restock fee is assessed by the Returns Manager upon inspection and may be waived when store credit is taken (instead of a refund). Used, installed, blemished, incomplete items will not be accepted for return. Special order items may not be returned under any circumstances.

For warranty replacement please contact us at (206) 323-2349 or sales@touratech-usa.com to obtain return authorization. A copy of the sales receipt must be included. Returns sent without authorization will be refused. Most products we sell are warranted for one-year from date of delivery. For Garmin products please contact Garmin directly at (800) 800-1020.
