Absolutely watertight outdoor toilet paper hanger with unroll function and hanging strap. A must for every outdoor enthusiast who needs to ensure that TP is kept dry (!) The paper roll hangs underneath the bag which serves as a cover and shields it from rain. Use the adjustable strap to hang it on a branch. Toilet paper included, therefore ready to use right out of the box, but please consider shipping transit time!
