The HP2 shock air pump has a holder, but it is not easy to use and has a couple problems. The pump is "captured" as you carefully re-install the seat, while paying close attention to the pump. Everytime the seat is removed, the airpump falls out of it's holder. The pump still sits on its lower support, by gravity, but if it wasn't noticed that the pump has been released, the pump will then fall off as you ride away. This is very likely to occur.
The other problem is that the pump is positioned just ahead of the rear wheel and due to its position, it can fill with mud or silt.
It is best to move the pump up higher, to directly below the seat, with its own holder. This air pump relocation is a very necessary item, if you intend to carry the airshock pump on the motorcycle.
