The Touratech GPS Mount Adapter places a crossbar mount at the center of the R1200GS handlebar clamps. Stainless steel supports for a 100mm long "crossbar" at the R1200GS handlebar clamp bolts. Special bolts make it possible to remove the adapter without loosening handlebar clamps.
NOTE if bar risers installed use item 040-0665 which has 25mm longer bolts. Also, can be adapted to LC8 with spacers, (not included).

- 12mm Aluminum bar 100mm (= 4 inches)
- Includes 4 specialty bolts M8X30mm with internal M5 thread
- Fits handlebar clamps with 38mm between screws.
- Does not work on 2008 model - new part is available
