I got this jacket and the pants they are both water proof. The big vents are great. You can still get a little warm while doing tuff trail riding. The trade of is that you stay dry when the weather is bad, snow, sleet, rain, water crossings it will keep you dry every time. Cut big enough to use a pressure suit under it or you can add the armor to the back and elbows. I have the CE protectors in it now, but I will upgrade to the D3o as soon as I can. I have the D3o stuff in another suit and it is awesome.

I found this jacket to be waterproof even in my hour long commute in the rain. The vents are great when it is hot out and I like the simple design. Wish the velcrow on the collar was a bit bigger as it is really hard to get it secured while you are riding down the road. The reflective material really works well and the CE armor has protected me in a few slow speed get offs. I bought the optional shoulder, elbow and back pad set. Really happy to have full Gor-Tex gear when it rains. Wouldn't go back to my old jacket for all the tea in China.

I bought this Traverse suit for dirt biking in fall and spring, but I like it so much I commute in it every day. It's absolutely waterproof, and easy to throw on over whatever you're wearing. I've had it for about a year now and it's holding up really well. Highly recommended.

Haven't gotten wet in it yet! I use the Traverse jacket and pants on my Adventure bike year round and on my 450 in the winter time. I am running the CE pads in both jacket and pants. For dirt biking, I remove the CE knee pads to make room for my knee braces and that seems to work well. I ride now in weather that used to keep me home. Not being wet = more fun on the bike. Wish the velcro closure on the neck was bigger. It's a bit too skimpy.
