A very rugged roll-up pouch constructed of Ballistics Nylon, with eighteen pockets of varying width at two heights to accommodate a wide range of contents. Two lower pockets have a mesh cover with a Velcro closure to hold small or loose items in place. A strip of relfective material is sewn into the back in case you're stuck on the road at night. About 9.5" high by 15" wide when open (excluding flap).

I let the roll filled with tools jostle around in a tail bag on my KLR. There are no holes in the material after about 1,000+ miles of dirt riding. It seems durable and you could cover your sharper tools with tape to help prevent them from wearing through the case as well.
