Fastway F3 pegs have a large platform, and replaceable cleats which are actually little setscrews. There is an adjustment to set the angle. Also, installing the pivot collar upside-down sets the peg at a lower position (down+rearward about 10mm).

For anyone who wears touring boots on long journeys. The footpeg width is expanded forward by about 18mm (.75 inch) reducing the distance between the touring boots and the brake lever or gear lever.
