The guard for the G 450 X engine housing can withstand the worst conditions imaginable. Made from 3 mm thick high-strength aluminium, the attractively shaped engine guard will cope with almost anything Enduro life can throw at it. Decoupling the front bracket increases protection at one of the most vulnerable points: impacts and hard bottoming out are no longer a cause for concern. Another advantage over the original plastic guard is the flat supporting surface on the Touratech engine guard - this allows you to safely support the BMW Sport Enduro on any stands.
