The Touratech quick-release headlight guard gives you all the protection of our original steel headlight guard for the BMW F800GS and F650GS twin, but allows you to quickly remove the guard for cleaning.
Touratech headlight guards are laser cut from the highest quality stainless steel, then anodized black for a tough and good looking finish. The grid pattern of the headlight guard allows ample light to pass through, but not the large stones and debris thrown by passing riders or cars. The stainless steel construction is strong enough to withstand the hardest hits, and save you from costly repairs to your expensive headlight assembly.
The quick release design of this headlight guard makes it fast and easy to clean the bugs and dust from your headlight when you stop for a fuel break. Simply just pull the guard away from the bike and it will click out of its mount. To reinstall, simply push the guard back into its quick-release mounts and it positively snaps right back in place.
To minimize the amount of reflected light with any headlight guard, we highly recommend our anti-glare shield (part # 048-0425).
