- What most customers want, before they place a back-order on an item, is a reliable DATE that the item will be shipped. We apologize that this information is not available from our supplier. Furthermore, since other customers are ordering this part (perhaps while you read this) we have no way to forecast a date when the incoming supply will outpace the backorders. Some items flowing thru are less than 1 week backordered, other items can be 3-4 weeks. Some items, where the demand consistently outpaces manufacturing capacity it will appear to be on "permanent backorder" even though each week, many customers are receiving this item.
- Waiting for the web-status to show "In Stock" will likely prolong your wait, because other customers who were willing to submit a back-order are confirming their orders ahead of you.
- For example; Our incoming shipments arrive weekly from Germany. If 12 customers have ordered this part, let's say that TODAY, 10 arrived at our warehouse. Availability will remain labeled as ...more coming even though TOMORROW, TEN will ship out to customers who were on the list. And the last 2 customers will remain on the backorder list, consequently the item remains labeled ...more coming on our website. If you have decided you want the item, place it in your cart and complete your order to put your name on the next incoming item. Orders are not charged until the date shipped. You can tell when an item ships by watching your credit card balance, or if you have provided an email contact, our UPS system sends a tracking number to your email address on the same day the item has shipped.
- We DON'T charge your card until the day it leaves our warehouse to you.
Not Stocked
This item is not normally stocked at our warehouse, but we will be happy to order it for you. Typical delivery time is 2-6 weeks. We will not charge you until we ship your order from our facility. Add this item to your cart normally and we will contact you with the status of your order.
Accepting Pre-Orders
This label signifies a New Item, Not in stock yet. It means that we have placed an order with the Manufacturer but the first item has not yet arrived in the USA. Please note: You can order this item - as soon as it arrives we will ship it to you. Orders will be delivered in the sequence that they are placed, so please submit your order to secure your place in line. We do not charge your card UNTIL we actually ship.
Special Order
This item is not normally stocked but is available to order. Special orders must be prepaid by check, money order, or bank transfer and are NOT returnable. Typical delivery time for special orders is 2-6 weeks. You must call us to order any Special Order item since it is not possible to add these items to your shopping cart.
