This is the Above Gauges GPS Mounting Bracket for the BMW R1300GS, and it's the best possible solution for mounting a GPS or Smart Phone above the TFT gauge cluster on your GS. The best possible mounting position for your GPS is at the edge of the windscreen, so your eyes don't have to travel far for a quick peek at your navigation. The mounting bracket is constructed with scratch-resistant anodized 0.12" thick aluminum. This minimizes vibration, matches the design language of the rest of the motorcycle, and ensures a strong and safe attachment on or off road.
Installation is a breeze, and the location of the bar is highly adjustable, with 0.87" of height adjustment, and 180° of rotation at the upper arms. The 0.47" diameter cross bar provides 4.3" of usable mounting space, allowing you to position the device on either side, or even run dual mounts.
