Touratech Suspension Service Center
Touratech-USA is a certified Touratech Suspension Service Center and our techs are factory trained to service, repair, and rebuild Touratech Shocks and Cartridge Systems. The recommended service interval for maintaining peak performance and reliability is 2 years or 20,000 miles, whichever comes first.
We offer Free Return Shipping within the contiguous 48 states on All Suspension Services.
Conventional (Non-Electronic) Shock Service
This includes disassembly, cleaning, and inspection of the shock body and shaft, preload adjuster, damping piston, and shims. We’ll replace the damping piston ring along with any other worn or damaged parts, then reassemble the shock with new oil and a fresh nitrogen charge. For shocks that require replacement of the seal head or other components, we’ll only charge you the additional cost of parts. All labor is included in the $150/per shock service fee.
Electronic Shock Service
This includes disassembly, cleaning, and inspection of the shock body and shaft, preload adjuster, damping piston, shims, wiring, and electronic components. We’ll replace the damping piston ring along with any other worn or damaged parts, then reassemble the shock with new oil and a fresh nitrogen charge. For shocks that require replacement of seal head or other components we’ll only charge you the additional cost of parts. All labor is included in the $200/per shock service fee.
Fork Cartridge Kit Service
This includes disassembly, cleaning, and inspection of cartridge body and shaft, damping pistons, shims, nitrogen bladders, and fork caps. We’ll replace the damping piston ring along with any other worn or damaged parts, then reassemble the cartridges with new oil and a fresh nitrogen charge. For cartridges that require replacement of seal heads or other components, we’ll only charge you the additional cost of parts. All labor is included in the $200 cartridge kit service fee.
Spring Change
We offer FREE spring changes with the purchase of any Cartridge System, Shock or Shock Spring Kit. (Our spring change services are limited to shocks and our cartridge systems.)

Like the motor in your car, suspension needs periodic oil changes, inspection, and replacement of wear items. Over time, shock oil breaks down, oil contamination occurs, seals wear and nitrogen pressure decreases, all leading to diminished performance and lifespan. Both shock and cartridge systems should be serviced to replace worn items and refresh oil & nitrogen charges, making the bike feel new again. Touratech Suspension recommends a service interval of every 2 years or 20,000 miles, whichever comes first.
