This is a new anodized-silver pannier with an incomplete weld on the rear side. There is a 5/8 inch long segment of weld that is not fully bonded (sorry if that's not the right word, I'm obviously not a welder) with a pinhole at the end. This should be repaired before use. This pannier is our largest 45 liter size, big enough for most helmets! See main product page for full specs.
